The Pampering Bride

Put on a happy face. Don't let your wedding plans ruin your glow. Treat your
stressed out complexion to a facial. Facials should be done 3 or more days
before your wedding. Your skin may react to any products used and you want to
avoid red, blotchy skin.

Take a warm bath before bed. This will help induce a sound sleep.

Get yourself some lavender oil. It will take the edge off the nervous system.

Drink plenty of water.

Focus - steer your stress to the positive. This special day is all about you and
your groom.

Unexpected Blemish Treatment

  • Apply ice wrapped in a paper towel for 1 minute then, apply Visine directly on the
    pimple to
  •    constrict blood vessels and reduce redness.
  • Apply 1% hydrocortisone cream to reduce the inflammation.
  • Use a light touch when applying makeup in a tone matching your skin, lightly pat on
concealer in a matching color by patting the effected area with the pad of your
finger, and feather off the edges.
  • Turn that blemish into a beauty mark with a soft eye pencil.
